For a tasty, crunchy snack, try these pumpkin chips, made with the skins of a whole pumpkin. First, cut your pumpkin skins into smaller, chip-sized pieces—you can use kitchen scissors for this. Put the skins onto a baking tray.
Season with onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper and olive oil
Bake on 350° for 10-15 minutes, checking every so often and turning the chips so they do not burn.

Ingredients
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- a good pour of olive oil to cover the chips
