Pumpkin Chips (Eating the Whole Pumpkin)
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- a good pour of olive oil to cover the chips
- • cut the chips, place on a baking tray
- • season the chips
- • bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes, checking periodically, and turning the chips, so they do not burn.
