Pumpkin Chips (Eating the Whole Pumpkin)
 
Ingredients
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • a good pour of olive oil to cover the chips
Instructions
  1. • cut the chips, place on a baking tray
  2. • season the chips
  3. • bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes, checking periodically, and turning the chips, so they do not burn.
