Baked Pumpkin (Eating the Whole Pumpkin)
 
Ingredients
  • • ½ pumpkin, chopped in ½" - ¾" cubes
  • • sprinkle of poultry seasoning
  • • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • • pour of olive oil
  • • a few pats butter
  • • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. • bake at 350 for about an hour
  2. • serve with salted mixed nuts
