  • • pumpkin seeds
  • • spray vegetable oil
  • • salt, to taste
  • • pepper, to taste
  • • cayenne pepper, to taste
  • • ½ tsp sugar
Instructions
  1. • bake at 350 for 10-15 min or until nicely browned, stirring once or twice along the way
